Brian plays a key role in helping customers navigate complex repair projects, particularly in our body shop operations. His positive attitude, proactive communication, and willingness to work through challenges alongside customers help keep projects moving in the right direction. He's respected by both customers and technicians for his collaborative approach and commitment to finding solutions.
Brian has also been instrumental in helping welcome Elpers Truck Equipment into the FSP family, working closely with the team to introduce new processes and support a smooth transition.
One of the things Brian enjoys most about his role is the variety of customers he works with—from owner-operators and fleet owners to farmers and large corporations. No two jobs are the same, which means every customer brings unique needs and expectations.
His approach starts with listening. By taking the time to understand each customer's business and goals, Brian helps ensure the right solution is delivered for the job at hand.
Over the years, he's learned that trucks, equipment, and RVs are often much more than assets. They're the tools people rely on to earn a living, and in some cases, they're a home built for retirement and adventure.
