🕊️ In Loving Memory of Nick and Casie 🕊️

Six years ago today, two lives were tragically taken far too soon. Nick and Casie were out working on the highway during a snowstorm when an unimaginable accident occurred, forever changing the lives of their families, friends, coworkers, and the towing community.

Today, we want to extend our deepest condolences to their families, loved ones, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing them. Six years may have passed, but their memory lives on, and the heartbreak of that day will never be forgotten. ❤️

As fellow members of the towing industry, this tragedy hits especially close to home. Every time a tow truck operator steps out onto the side of a highway, they are putting their life at risk to help someone else. No family should have to wonder whether their loved one will make it home safely after a shift.

Please, when you see flashing lights on the side of the road, SLOW DOWN and MOVE OVER. Especially during dangerous winter weather. A few extra seconds of caution could mean the difference between someone making it home to their family or never coming home again.

To the families of Nick and Casie, our hearts are with you today and always. May their memories continue to inspire awareness, compassion, and safer roads for everyone.

Rest easy, Nick and Casie. You are not forgotten. 🕊️❤️

With love and respect,
Meridian Towing & Recovery LLC

Six years ago… a day we will never forget. A day that forever changed lives and one we hope serves as a reminder to SLOW DOWN and MOVE OVER. Always.

Over the years, many have honored these lives through memorials, special license plates, and other tributes, all with one common goal: to raise awareness and change behavior.

Please be a leader in traffic. When you SLOW DOWN and MOVE OVER, others will follow. Your actions can make a difference and may save a life.

Today, and always, please keep these families in your thoughts and prayers.

✨️We're starting a new series here where we introduce ourselves to the community and our new neighbors! ✨️

We would like to introduce you to our driver, owner and operator: Dan Farnsworth.

Dan grew up in upstate NY just outside of Syracuse. Dan decided to join the military at a young age and was stationed in South Korea.

After serving, Dan moved to Montana where he met his wife, Shaye. Together they share one son together. Dan has two other sons from previous relationships as well.

Dan started towing back in 2012 and has done recoveries, long hauls, and more accidents to count. What he loves the most about it though is being able to help people in a time of need and challenge.

In his spare time, Dan can be found playing games with his kids or working on his 1977 Ford F250.

We're so lucky to have Dan as our driver here and fortunate to have his passion, experience, and drive behind the wheel.

Next time you need a tow, jump start, or recovery. Give Meridian a call!

🇺🇸 Never Forget — September 11, 2001

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11th, the families whose lives were forever changed, and the first responders who ran toward danger when others were running to safety.

25 years later, we still remember the courage, sacrifice, and unity shown on that day and in the days that followed.

From our family at Meridian Towing & Recovery, we honor the fallen, the survivors, our first responders, and all those who continue to carry the weight of that day.

We will never forget. 🇺🇸
