🌈💯At Rainbow Jim’s we believe in proving our guests with a GREAT experience and value and full transparency with pricing…

😳You may notice our nightly rates have increased slightly on Airbnb.com…

😊HOWEVER this is NOT due to us simply raising our rate, it’s due to Airbnb’s new “One Fee” policy (see photo for an example).

🤔In the past, you would see the rate, but when confirming your reservation it would be higher because it adds on the cleaning/pet fee AND Airbnb’s guest fee and tax🫩.

👍NOW the cleaning/pet and guest fees are included in the nightly rate when you pull up our listing. When you make the reservation, the rate you see is the rate you pay (+ the $30 pet fee if your reservation includes a pet) - not including tax. 🙂🙃

🥰🤗AND, we kept our fees the same for our guests: Cleaning fee at $50/stay and Pet fee at $30/stay (2 per max)❤️🥰💯
