Trick-or-Treat Safely! Halloween Safety Starts With Us!
Halloween is a time for costumes, candy, and making fun memories! As families head out for trick-or-treating, we want to remind everyone to stay safe and look out for one another.
Halloween Safety Reminders:
Adult Supervision: Children should always be accompanied by a parent or trusted adult while trick-or-treating.
Stay Visible: Wear bright colors, reflective accessories, or carry a flashlight so drivers can easily see you.
Drive Slowly: Please use extra caution when driving through our community. Watch for children and families walking.
Stay Together: Trick-or-treat in groups, stay on well-lit paths, and avoid walking alone.
Check Your Candy: Parents, remember to inspect all treats before allowing children to enjoy them.
Respect Your Neighbors: Only visit homes that are welcoming trick-or-treaters, and be respectful of residents and their property.
Watch Your Step: Use sidewalks when available, look both ways before crossing, and never run between parked vehicles.
Let's work together to make Halloween safe and enjoyable for everyone in our community!
