**Big things are happening at Kropf Park Model RV!**

We’re just returning from Kropf’s annual Open House and dealer meetings, where we got a firsthand look at exciting new floor plans, décor packages, options, and innovations coming our way.

But one of the biggest highlights was being there for the official groundbreaking of a **new 61,000-square-foot addition to Kropf’s manufacturing facility!**

This comes during a very special year as Kropf celebrates its **80th anniversary and four generations in the park model and RV industry.**

Don and Trevor Kropf shared some of what this major expansion will bring, including expanded research and development, improved production capabilities and build times, continued focus on build quality, a state-of-the-art pre-delivery inspection area, enhanced engineering and custom-design capabilities, and improved facilities for the employees who make these homes possible.

It was exciting to be there for the groundbreaking and to see the continued investment Kropf is making in the future of park model RVs.

**Southern Marine & RV is investing in that future as well.**

Park model RVs will continue to be a major focus for us, and we’re stepping things up with **more inventory, more loft models, more floor plans, more custom possibilities, and greater variety** from Kropf and our other manufacturing partners.

We’ve listened to what our buyers are asking for, and our goal is simple: **more choices and more ways to create the park model that fits your lifestyle, location, and budget.**

🏡 **Nationwide shipping available**
🔨 **Full turnkey delivery, setup and installation available throughout our Florida service areas**
💰 **Financing available**
🔄 **All trade-ins considered**
✏️ **Custom orders and design options available**

Whether you’re looking for something we have in stock or want to design and order something specifically for you, **tell us what you need and let’s see what we can make happen.**

We’re proud to work with some of the best manufacturers in the industry and excited about what’s ahead for Kropf, Southern Marine & RV, and our park model buyers.

**More inventory. More choices. More customization. And a lot more to come!**

🔥 2002 HY-LINE 44' DESTINATION TRAILER – HARDLY USED – $35,000 🔥

This is an incredible opportunity for someone looking for a large destination trailer at a fraction of replacement cost.

This 44' Hy-Line was purchased for temporary use during a home remodel after Hurricane Ian, but the owners ended up only staying in it a handful of nights. It has seen very little actual use.

The oven was never used, the toilet was never used, the refrigerator has hardly been used, and the TV still has the original stickers on it.

🏠 FEATURES INCLUDE:
• 44' destination trailer
• 96" ceilings
• 3 power slideouts – approximately 15', 13' & 6.5'
• Spacious front living room
• Large windows throughout
• Residential-size stainless steel appliances
• Large solid-surface kitchen countertops
• Huge pantry with pull-out drawers
• Tons of storage
• King-size bed
• Large walk-in bedroom closet
• Upgraded furniture
• Hide-a-bed sofa
• Living room fireplace
• TV
• Two ceiling fans
• MaxxAir fan
• Air conditioning
• Plywood floor decking
• Plywood roof decking
• Double floor & ceiling insulation
• Detachable front hitch

🚽 RESIDENTIAL-STYLE PLUMBING:
This unit does not have holding tanks. It is designed as a destination trailer with a direct-flush residential-style toilet and direct utility connections.

⚠️ CONDITION DISCLOSURE:
There is one small area in the rear corner that appears to have had a minor leak. There is a little softness in the wall in that area, not the floor, and it appears very repairable. The floor itself is plywood decking. The affected area is shown in the pictures.

Other than that, this trailer has had remarkably little use and should be seen in person to appreciate its condition.

💰 Original retail was over $90,000.

🔥 AS-IS PRICE: $35,000 + applicable taxes and fees 🔥

At this price, this is a fantastic buy for someone looking for a large destination trailer for an RV lot, seasonal property, temporary housing, or another approved application.

Located in Fort Myers, Florida.

Message me for additional information or to schedule a time to see it.

🏡 FROM AN IDEA… TO A CUSTOM-BUILT HOME… TO ALMOST MOVE-IN READY!

Congratulations to Chris & Lisa on their beautiful new Kropf Park Model Home! 🎉

As they started planning for retirement, Chris and Lisa wanted to downsize from the Orlando area, find somewhere quieter, and enjoy a different pace of life.

They connected with Russ, Southern Marine & RV Sales’ park model specialist, who helped them explore not only different homes, but communities that might fit what they were looking for. After visiting one of Russ’s suggestions, they fell in love with a newer park model community in LaBelle, Florida. 🌴

Then came the fun part… designing their home!

They special ordered a beautiful Kropf featuring a factory-built front porch, loft, front kitchen, and numerous other details chosen specifically for them.

📸 These photos show some of the journey:
➡️ Being built at the Kropf factory
➡️ Arriving at Southern Marine & RV Sales
➡️ Now sitting on Chris & Lisa’s own lot!

Next comes the finishing work, including a custom staircase and landing to complement the factory porch, skirting, A/C, utility connections and the remaining setup.

This is where experience matters.

You can find floor plans and base prices all over the internet. Russ has spent a lifetime in the park model business, helping customers understand the whole process, from finding the right home and community to customization, realistic costs, delivery, setup and all those little details that make a home yours.

At Southern Marine & RV Sales, the goal isn’t simply to sell another park model and move on to the next one. It’s helping our customers create the right home, in the right place, for the life they’re looking forward to. ❤️

Chris & Lisa, thank you for trusting Russ and Southern Marine & RV Sales with your new home. We’re almost there, and it looks fantastic! 🏡👏

🌴 Thinking about a park model of your own?
Tell Russ what you’re trying to accomplish and where you’d like to be. That’s a great place to start.
