K & K Automotive is hiring a full-time or part-time Service Advisor.
We are looking for someone with automotive knowledge, strong customer service skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and technicians.
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key connection between our customers and our service team.
Responsibilities include:
🐾 Must like dogs
🚗 Greet customers and perform walk-around vehicle inspections
📝 Create accurate repair orders and service estimates
💬 Clearly explain services, timelines, and costs
🔧 Recommend maintenance based on manufacturer guidelines
📞 Communicate with customers throughout the service process
👨🔧 Coordinate with technicians to help ensure efficient workflow
📋 Review completed work and invoices with customers at pickup
🤝 Handle customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
📁 Maintain organized service records and documentation
📅 Schedule appointments and manage service timelines
✅ Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time
Successful candidates will have:
🔹 Previous Service Advisor or automotive service experience
🔹 Knowledge of common automotive repairs and maintenance, including oil changes, brakes, shocks, struts, and related services
🔹 Strong communication and customer service skills
🔹 Confidence in explaining and recommending services to customers
🔹 A passion for automotive service and helping customers
