About us: We’re a busy, customer-focused boat dealership serving our local boating community with sales, service, and parts. We take pride in friendly expertise, fast turnaround, and getting customers back on the water.

The role We’re hiring for is a Customer Service & Parts Associate to be the front-line point of contact for walk-in, phone, and online customers. You’ll help identify parts, place and receive orders, coordinate with our service department, and ensure an outstanding customer experience from hello to handoff.

What you’ll do:
*Greet customers, answer phones, and respond to emails with accurate, friendly support.
*Look up and source marine parts and accessories using catalogs, diagrams, and OEM systems.
*Create estimates, invoices, and work orders; take payments and manage returns.
*Maintain parts inventory: receive shipments, stock shelves, organize, and cycle count.
*Coordinate with technicians to stage parts for repairs and track job status.
*Keep the showroom/parts counter tidy and merchandise well presented.

*Full-time. Some Saturdays may be required during peak season.
