DON’T FORGET: as mentioned, If a repair shop isn’t in your insurance company’s network, that doesn’t automatically mean you can’t use them.

Ask how the shop works with your insurer and what to expect throughout the claims process. A few questions upfront can make the process a lot easier.

Your insurance company may have preferred repair shops, but that doesn’t mean you’re required to use one.

After an accident, you have the right to choose a qualified collision repair facility you trust.

At Kos’s Body Shop, we believe you should know your options before making that decision.
