Before applying the coating, our team completed a thorough paint correction to remove imperfections and bring out the depth and clarity in that Cypress Gray finish. Once the paint was properly prepared, we applied XPEL Premium Ceramic Coating for enhanced gloss, easier maintenance, and long-lasting protection.

Looks like the shop has officially turned into a Chevy HD convention this week. Three white heavy-duty trucks in a row, and each one has needed a completely different level of attention.

This Silverado 3500 HD currently has the cab raised so our team can complete the necessary mechanical repairs with proper access. Once that work is finished, the truck will move through final reassembly, system calibrations, quality-control inspections, and a complete detail before it is ready to return to the customer.

Big truck. Serious protection.

This 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 came into the Jupiter Collision Center Custom Shop for a full paint correction and application of XPEL Premium Ceramic Coating.

Before any ceramic coating is applied, the paint needs to be properly prepared. Our correction process removes or reduces swirl marks, light scratches, oxidation, and other imperfections that can dull the finish. Once the white paint is restored to the proper clarity and gloss, the XPEL ceramic coating is applied to provide long-lasting protection, easier maintenance, and a slick, high-gloss finish.

Whether it is a work truck, daily driver, or weekend showpiece, proper preparation makes all the difference.

On high-performance vehicles like this, it is not enough to only look at the visible damage. Our team has to verify the rear structure, measure key points, inspect welded panels, review OEM repair procedures, and confirm whether the vehicle can be safely and correctly repaired.
