recently brought his ride in for some upgrades! We cut off his old rockers and built some fresh ones with dimple holes in the top plates, fabricated a new engine skid plate with UHMW, welded in vertical support tubes for the front shock towers, and replaced both upper and lower radiator hoses.

After rolling the car in qualifying, we lined up dead last. The crew worked their magic, the USD Sticky Team helped piece the body back together, and we went to work.

A few sensor issues and a well deserved flat were the only things keeping me from getting on the box!

As the chassis underwent construction, our team began fitting the Red Jeep with body armor and rockers. The customer's chosen upgrades include GenRight doors, windshield, corner guards, tailgate, and rear filler plate body armor for both LJ's.

After the frames got completely torn down, they were shipped off to GenRight to get outfitted with their Tracer Suspension package. They have designed this chassis to increase up travel, add more ground clearance, optimize geometry, and also lower the engine and transmission by 2 inches.

A few things that come with this chassis:
2.5" King IBP Coilover shocks
2.0" King Hydraulic Bump Stops, front & rear.
Currie Extreme 70 front axle 35 spline 4340 shafts with 5.38 gears, 1350 yoke, locking hubs and Auburn electric Locker.
Currie 70 rear Axle 40 spline 4340 shafts, full float hubs with 5.38 gears, 1350 yoke and Auburn electric Locker.
Summit Machine 7075 Aluminum Control Arms w/ Genuine Rock Jock Johnny Joints.
Howe Steering Box, Remote Res, Ram Assist, Pump and Fluid Cooler.
GenRight CrMo Hi Steering components with genuine FK Heims.
GenRight Billet 4340 CrMo pitman arm.
GenRight 26 Gallon Gas Tank and HD Skid Plate.
GenRight 1-1/4" Rear Sway Bar with 7075 aluminum links.
Stainless steel brake lines plumbed with -3AN fittings
Fuel lines routed & plumbed from fuel tank
Vent Lines routed & plumbed up control arms
Locker Wires routed & plumbed up control arms

Around this time last year, two 2006 LJ's were brought to the shop by a customer who wanted a build in his fleet that could do everything, plus a second one to go with it, incase a buddy wanted to tag along!
