Keeping these roadsters alive and well something we take a lot of pride in. This super low mileage rare 2001 SE NB2 needed some serious updating. This car was purchased recently, and little to no maintenance had been done in the 25 years it had been on the road. The new owner wanted to jump right in and get things squared away. We did its very first front engine service (water pump, timing belt, cam and cranks seals, valve cover gasket and other related gaskets) to bring it all current. Swapped in some new to replace the 10 year old ones that were fitted. We also fully rebuilt the shifter, relubed the assembly, refilled the turret, and replaced both upper and lower boots. This thing shifts like brand new again. The stereo and speakers were also non operational so we swapped in a new pioneer BT head unit, and door speakers to get some audio in. To top everything else off we also added a ace roll bar to make sure this operator stays safe. While this roadster still needs a fair amount of restoration, knocking out a lot of the big drivability concerns will also the owner to safely and reliably enjoy their car as we continue to improve it. We set up this Zircon sand ND3 Club with a bunch of goodies from our friends ! First we set up the suspension with the stage 2 package with is complete with adjustable sway bars. We also added the FM adjustable end links for further adjustment, and billet sway bars mounts for extra rigidity. We paired the front sway bars with the FM front sway bar reinforcement kit to make sure everything stays where it needs to be. Because of the length of the upper threaded part of new shocks in the front, the factory strut bar needs to be either modified or replaced to allow for clearance. This customer opted for the latter and went for the front strut bar for full access. To go one step further, this customer also wanted to get more out of the factory Brembos so we swapped the factory pads for a set of HPS pads front and back, flushed the system with rbf600 and swapped the factory rubber lines with a set of stainless braided lines from Flyin Miata. After dialing the ride height, the alignment was dialed in with the help of our friends and this roadster was ready to go! Call us for your roadster needs! 805-845-8750

We dialed in ‘s super clean NB2 with a whole bunch of goodies! We installed a ace double diagonal, complete with padding and leather cover, we also installed ‘s incredible coilovers system complete with sway bars. We also got this roadster up to date on some major services like water pump, timing belt, cam/crank seals and other related gaskets. This Miata is ready for many more smiles and miles!
