The build is finally heading back together! 💪

The **Fat Boy Design one-piece billet CVO RR-style swingarm** and **chain tensioner** are installed, along with the **T-MAN PERFORMANCE Billet Aluminum Oil Pan**. Every piece going on this bike is chosen for performance, strength, and reliability. ⚙️🇺🇸

Next up... the **T-Man Performance 148 CID engine** goes in! 😎💥 This build is getting closer, and it's going to be one serious performer.

🔥 **2008 Softail Rocker Rebuild Update** 🔥

This project has been underway for quite a while! The bike was disassembled in **February 2025** when the customer took the parts for paint. After a long journey, we're finally at one of the most exciting stages... 🏁

✅ Rebuilt the **96 CID engine** with a ** T-MAN PERFORMANCE 107 Kit**
✅ Rebuilt the **transmission**
✅ Rebuilt the **primary** with a **Darkhorse Motor Company Man O' War Compensator**
✅ Upgraded to **Lyndall Brakes**, including new rotors and pads
✅ Removed the **ThunderMax AutoTune** system
✅ Reinstalled the **factory ECM** and **narrow-band O₂ sensors**
✅ Preparing for the best possible tune with ** TTS MASTERTUNE 2 (HARLEY) **

Today marks the **first startup in over a year and a half!** 🎉

The ECM is still running the factory calibration, so it started up a little rich. We've now flashed the base map and begun the **proper piston ring break-in procedure on the dyno** before moving into final tuning. 💪⚙️

Nothing beats hearing one come back to life after a complete rebuild! 🔥🏍️

Made some great progress today, along with a few surprise upgrades that you'll just have to stay tuned for. 👀 There's still a fair amount of cleanup ahead, but then it's time to start putting everything back together with upgraded parts. 💪⚙️

When the build is complete, it'll be heading to our in house dyno for custom tuning with **TTS MasterTune**—the only proper torque management tuning solution for Milwaukee-Eight performance builds. 📊🏁 Proper torque management, optimized power delivery, improved rideability, and reliability all matter when you're building a bike to perform, not just make a dyno number. 💥

🔥🏍️ The 131 is officially out and ready for sale! 🏍️🔥

Just needs a little cleanup and it'll be ready for its next home. 💪

Not really a one-person job, but sometimes you just send it anyway. 😅

🤦‍♂️ And yes... my dumb ass forgot to disconnect the crank sensor before pulling the engine. Luckily, no damage done! The sensor survived, the engine is out, and everything is sitting safe and sound on the bench. 😂🔧

Finally got caught up enough to get the shop bike on the lift and start tearing into it. The 131 is officially coming out to make room for a **148 build** 🔥💪

But that's just the beginning...

There are going to be a lot more upgrades on this project than just the engine, so you'll have to stay tuned to see everything we've got planned. 👀

Made some good progress today and got it torn down far enough that I'll be pulling the engine first thing tomorrow. 🔧⚡

Well... it's Saturday, so "first thing" might not be *too* early! 😂☕🍩
