If you were born on or after September 1, 1993, you’re required to take a boating education course before you can legally operate a boat on Texas’ public waterways. So, if that’s you, or you’re new to boating and want to learn more about boating safety, or you’re just looking to brush up on your knowledge, you can take a course!
