Question... If you are replying to a customer concern, do you just reply with a thumb's up emoji?

I have a legitimate concern with CORNWELL TOOLS. I send an email asking for the appropriate person to contact and all I get back is the thumbs up emoji? No reply, no I will get back to you with this information.

Is it just me or does this seem to be rude? Just want honest opinion because it is one thing to thumbs up a comment but in a business setting this seems very unprofessional. Or maybe I am being over dramatic.

Long shot but seeing if anyone recognizes this truck, person with jersey. They are coming into our complex in early morning hours and breaking into vehicles and stealing property. These people need to get a fricking job and quick taking s**t from others!
