Every day we're getting a little closer to the big reveal!

🚐 Who says you have to choose between a workhorse and a weekend getaway?! 🏕️

This van is getting the best of both worlds! We're keeping that clean, factory look while adding all the comforts needed for a cozy campsite escape.

Here's what's going in:

❄️ Shore-powered A/C, Maxxair fan & heater
🛏️ Removable L-track bed platform & tri-fold mattress
📦 Custom slide-out storage trays
🪟 Pair of Bunk Windows for Ventilation
🔨 Durable FRP Walls to withstand camping or cargo accessories
✨ Headliner shelf, privacy curtains & lighting
🚐 Running boards for easy access

Adventure-ready when you want it, wide-open cargo space when you need it!

Sometimes the smartest conversions aren't about changing everything — they're about making your van work harder AND play harder! 😎

Stay tuned as this one comes together!

Exterior upfits are becoming one of our most requested services — and we’re here for it. 😎

From ladders and tire carriers to storage boxes, bike racks, bumpers, lighting and more, you don’t need a full conversion to bring your van to Coastal.
This Sprinter stopped in for a few upgrades, and that rear setup is looking pretty serious. 👀

Have some upgrades sitting on your wish list? Give us a call!

🚌 MYSTERY SHUTTLE UPDATE! 👀

We officially have a finished floor! 🙌 And things are about to start changing FAST.
The exterior has been closed up and sealed, the openings for the A/C and MaxxAir fan are cut, and with all of that not-so-glamorous prep work behind us, we’re officially moving on to building the interior! 🔨

After everything this shuttle threw at us in the beginning, it feels pretty darn good to finally be at this stage. 😅

Now the fun part starts… and pretty soon you might actually be able to figure out what this thing is becoming. 👀

Any guesses yet??

🐴 Another horse trailer project in the shop!

This customer came to us with a unique request — her awning still worked great, but the original fabric had definitely seen better days. She purchased new fabric and asked if we could essentially “reupholster” her existing awning.

Have we done that before? Nope. 😅

Were we willing to give it a shot? Absolutely.

We removed the old fabric, fitted the new material to the existing awning, and got everything back together and working — just in time for her camping trip this week! 🏕️

We love the oddball projects that make us think outside the box — and now we can add another skill to the Coastal repertoire! 😎

👀 We had a VERY famous visitor at the shop today…

Apparently word about what we’re building has gotten around, because someone pretty recognizable stopped by Coastal Conversions this morning. 😂

He wandered through the shop… checked out a few builds… inspected what the guys were working on… and somehow managed to keep popping up on different security cameras.

Can you find him in every picture?! 🔎👀

We eventually caught up with our mysterious visitor for a photo before he headed off on his next adventure. 😂

WHERE’S WALDO: Coastal Conversions Edition. ❤️🤍
And yes… productivity may have taken a slight hit this morning. Worth it. 😂
