A QUICK REMINDER FOR OUR STORAGE TENANTS!

With the colder weather approaching mice and other critters will be looking for warm places to hide out for the winter and storage units can be an inviting spot!

We’ll be spraying around the outside of the units soon, but we also ask that everyone take the proper precautions inside their own unit to help prevent unwanted visitors.

A few simple steps can help:
🐭 Keep anything that may attract pests out of your unit.
📦 Store belongings in sealed plastic totes when possible.
🧹 Keep your unit clean and avoid leaving anything that could provide nesting material.
🔍 Check your belongings and take preventative measures to help keep pests out.

While we’ll be doing our part around the exterior, preventing pests inside your unit is each tenant’s responsibility.
