• Experience preferred — but we’ll train the right person

• Strong work ethic (this is NOT a sit-around job)

• Must be reliable — no constant call-offs or excuses

• Ability to stay calm under pressure

• Must be able to pass a drug test

• Must have a current DOT physical card
