Due to the extreme heat forecast, we've made the decision to cancel the July 25th trail ride from Erby Horse Camp.

While we're disappointed, the safety and well-being of both our riders and horses comes first.

Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to see everyone on the trails soon when the temperatures are a little more forgiving. Stay safe and stay cool! 🐴☀️

NOW ACCEPTING BEER VENDOR PROPOSALS 🍺

We're looking for an experienced, properly licensed vendor to provide beer sales during our scheduled events throughout 2026.

Vendor Requirements:
✅ Provide all required permits and alcohol licenses
✅ Supply trained staff for beer sales
✅ Comply with all local and state alcohol regulations
✅ Operate professionally in a family-friendly event environment

⭐ Preference may be given to vendors with experience serving rodeos, fairs, festivals, and other large outdoor events.

📋 Interested vendors should submit:
• Business name and contact information
• Proof of licensing
• Description of event experience

📅 Proposal Deadline: Monday, August 17, 2026
