ValAir is the ONLY vehicle-insured parking lot just 1 mile from CVG airport. After a VERY long day, I came back to a wonderful surprise.

ValAir Valet Parking has been providing quality service and savings for its customers flying out of the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport for over 50 years. Testimonials:

"I want to thank you for always giving me the best service at the CVG airport but also for the type of employees you have on your staff to make it happen. Michael, while cleaning my car, found a $20 bill and took the time to put it in an envelope. That is not the norm in this day and age. What this confirms is that ValAir is the best. Thanks to you and especially Michael."
-Maryann L. "I've used your valet service for a number of years. I've always found these services to be highly competent, and your employees friendly. After returning from Tampa Sunday the 25th, I found my car spotless, running, with a cold bottle on the passenger seat. Nice job!"
-Edward R. "Ms Matchinga, these two fellas treated me like the problem I created was their own. I have always used ValAir for my parking needs and this situation just cemented that relationship in the future. I felt that you should know the personal efforts, the professional demeanors, and the kindness these two employees displayed. You should be proud of the way that they went Above And Beyond the call of duty. I was most surely appreciative and impressed with their efforts."

Ray and Rick are heroes tonight. A lady stopped in to ask for directions to Batesville IN. She had been driving around lost for awhile and was in tears. Rick and Ray got her calmed down and got her directions. These two are always so kind and go out of their way to help people, whether they are customers or passersby. Besides that, they're a pleasure to work with!
