ET Race Series # 7 & 8.

Please note that Junior Dragster will be running All Run Format, No Points.
Buckeye Stock / Super Stock will be attending this race weekend.

To our Darana National Trail Raceway family,

Due to the unexpected maintenance issues at the facility, we had to make the decision to cancel the Night of Thunder.

It wasn't an easy decision to make, and many people are disappointed, but we have decided to run ET race #7 and #8 instead. This decision was made for the safety of our staff and fans in the tower who would have been affected by the maintenance issues in the tower.

This weekend will go ahead as a Test and Tune on Friday (Slicks Only) with the gamblers race going ahead at 7pm. We will plan to be on track by 4pm with gates open at 3pm.

Saturday and Sunday will go ahead as a points race for all classes but Jr Dragster and we will be on track by 9am both days.

With the current forecast showing Thunderstorms this afternoon and this evening, we have made the decision to cancel the Test & Tune this evening.
Race Teams are welcome to come in this afternoon & tonight, park up and get ready for the ET Race Series 5 & 6 this weekend.

Here is the run schedule for the ET Races #5 and #6 this weekend at Darana National Trails Raceway.

With Junior Dragster running All Run Format this weekend, there is an allocation of runs within the schedule to be confirmed once we have numbers of Junior Dragsters attending the weekend.

To clear up the discussion on Junior Dragsters attending the ET Series races this weekend is simply to give them some race time in a difficult season to date.

Junior Dragsters will be a Non Points, All Run race, paying out 80% of the entry fee's taken. This will give the kids somewhere local to race this weekend with their families.
