🔧 Hey techs — we want to hear from YOU.
We're not posting another job ad. We're asking a real question because we actually want to know the answer.
Where are all the good technicians at? 👇
Because we know you exist. We know you're out there turning wrenches, diagnosing what other shops can't figure out, and probably wondering if there's something better out there.
So let's talk. Drop your answers in the comments — no judgment, no pressure, just an honest conversation:
💰 What does the pay need to look like for you to even CONSIDER making a move?
🏆 What does a shop need to offer before you'd walk in the door? (Benefits? Hours? Flat rate vs. hourly? Clean shop? Good equipment? Paid training?)
🔑 Have you ever thought about running or owning your own shop someday? What's stopping you?
🛠️ What does your IDEAL shop look like? Walk us through it.
We're a CJDR and ZF 8HP transmission specialist shop in Las Vegas and we're growing. We invest in our people, we keep a clean professional shop, we require 40 hours of paid training every year, and we pay what good techs are worth.
But more than selling you on us right now — we genuinely want to know what techs want in 2025. Because the industry has a people problem and we're trying to be part of the solution.
Tag a tech who should see this. Share this on your page. Let's get a real conversation going. 🔧
I am always working towards improving the shop, the equipment and the staff.
