Most people walk into an auto repair shop feeling slightly out of their element...

They assume:
❎They might ask a "dumb" question
❎They don't want to seem distrustful
❎They don't want to look cheap

From the shop side, everything looks fine:
👍 Customer approved work
👍 Conversation seemed smooth
👍 No complaints

But something often goes unspoken...

Many owners leave still unsure if they fully understood what happened with their car.

Not because anyone did anything wrong...

Speaking up just isn't always easy.
