There's a lot of unique challenges I face being the little guy in town & the guy thats "not from here" (been here 18 years tho with 2 kids in the schools here)... & it's been a struggle no doubt.
And I wasn't going to post this, but someone told me I should because others post their awards & accomplishments all the time... and maybe they're right.
So I want to post this, not for me, but in appreciation of all of my loyal customers & clients who have stuck with me over these last 8 1/2 years & say thank you for your continued support. My family thanks you.
I feel like I fail at least one person daily, but I am just one person with one truck who does the best I can. While there are some disadvantages to being a small operation, there are many more advantages for the customer, such as services individualy tailored to their needs... instead being part of a mass production numbers game. (I'm not saying thats wrong either, I'm saying that I'm old, my back hurts sometimes, & I work alone, so I have to approach things differently to stay in business, and this is how I roll 🫡).
Those who understand value added services, and how the little things make a difference, are my people. I have many people, shops, & business owners who still call me from my first year in business, & I know this is why. The attention to detail & the care I take with their customers brings them repeat business. I know, because their customers tell me repeatedly. ❤️
All that being said, I'd also like to say that I'm not for everybody, and thats ok too. I also get along with all of the other tow companies in my area, & I dont think I've ever had a bad encounter with any of them. Everyone I've dealt with seems like great people & I've even made friends with several of them over the years.I refer plenty of business that I cant handle to them as well. I'm only in competition with who I was yesterday. I hope we all do good, no shade here, ever.
So yea.......check it out!!
I got this in the mail a couple of days ago.
Its a major award!! 🤩
