Another one? Another One! Municipal snowplow headed out the door today. We can still order spreaders plows, and central hydraulics before this years snow season hits! Other vendors are booked a year out and we’ve made some inroads with this niche. Hope everyone had a great Father’s Day! We’re already busy this morning getting this NRR delivered back to the customer. They brought us a body off an older chassis and we installed it on this new chassis. We added a backup camera while we were at it. Had to get a bit creative with the fuel filler on this one. Isuzu’s are notoriously hard to get the fuel filler to flow correctly.

Traffic pattern truck build wrapped up and ready to work.

This unit started life as a box truck with a liftgate. We removed the box, shortened the wheelbase, and built it out into a 20’ traffic pattern truck designed for safety, visibility, and efficiency on the job.

Build highlights:

* 20’ traffic pattern body
* Buyer’s Products strobe lights work lights and dual camera system
* Two man baskets with trap doors
* JTEC electric adjustable rear-mounted man basket
* Paint-matched slat sides and basket
* Custom chassis conversion and wheelbase modification

20’ JG Traffic Pattern flatbed heading out on a rainy Friday. It has two man baskets built in and a hydraulically adjustable man basket at the rear. Dual camera setup, two mini strobes on the headboard, and four worklights from . The floor is treated with an anti-skid additive and we paint matched the sides to the basket.

12’ crossmemberless mason dump with an AR Steel floor for a customer that hauls broken concrete. It features a front mount telescopic hoist as well that’s pretty unique in this class of truck.
