📌 Official Statement from Driven Autonomy

To clarify a recent false claim:

No brake service was ever performed on the individual’s vehicle in question. No labor was provided. No payment was made. Parts were ordered and paid for as a courtesy — nothing more.

This is not a customer complaint. It is a personal matter being misrepresented publicly to harm the reputation of a certified technician and a family-run business.

We stand by our work, our ethics, and our boundaries. False claims will not be tolerated and may result in legal action if they continue.

— Driven Autonomy | Certified. Professional. Unbothered.
