Today, we're proud to recognize Talbert “Tab” Tate, a valued member of the US Fire Pump family since January 30, 2024.
Since joining our team, Tab has become an essential part of our world-class crew. His dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence help ensure every apparatus that leaves our facility meets the highest standards. As one of the final team members to work on each truck, Tab takes great pride in making sure fire departments receive reliable, first-class equipment they can depend on.

Beyond his exceptional work ethic, Tab is known for his positive attitude and genuine kindness. His infectious smile and uplifting spirit make him a favorite among coworkers and contribute to the strong culture we value at US Fire Pump.
Outside of work, Tab enjoys spending time with family and friends, talking football—especially LSU and New Orleans Saints football—and being a positive influence on those around him. His goal is simple: to be a blessing to others and make the most of every opportunity.
