Just wanted to share a personal story as a King Acura staff member with my experience with our vendor Bama Auto Glass.

Yesterday on her way to school, my wife’s windshield was struck by a piece of shrapnel. It ripped through her windshield and luckily just missed hitting her. However, because of the damage, her car was not drivable. We contacted our insurance, and got a quote, but we checked with our local vendors first to see what they could do.

Bama Auto Glass gave us a quote that beat our insurance rate, we got to keep our deductible intact, AND the best part - it was completed this afternoon. They drove all the way to where she had to pull her car over yesterday and had the windshield repaired within 20 minutes of arrival. The earliest our insurance would have been able to do it would have been Thursday, meaning she would be without her car for almost a week.

Thank you, thank you, thank you Bama Auto Glass for your quick turnaround time and beating the repair rate our insurance quoted, if anyone needs their windshield repaired I can say honestly that you’ll be very happy with their professionalism and quality work!
