Another clean C6 Z06 in the shop — this one shipped all the way from Florida for our most popular LS7 setup: Late Model Racecraft 700HP Heads & Cam Package. 🔥

This customer built the car for one purpose: road racing. He wanted a setup that delivers serious mid-range power and torque coming out of the corners while still being streetable enough to cruise to dinner or hit local car shows on the weekend.

This 2006 C6 Z06 only has 19,000 miles and still retains the factory short block, but everything else on the top end was upgraded:

In this episode, we welcomed Street Speed 717 and his wife to the new Late Model Racecraft facility as they made a pit stop during their cross-country adventure in their beautiful 1996 Grand Sport Corvette finished in Admiral Blue. After already putting 3,000+ miles on the car in just a few days, they stopped by for some maintenance to keep the legendary C4 cruising strong.

And of course… no visit to LMR would be complete without horsepower.

We took Mike for a ride in our 1,100+ horsepower C8 ZR1 package car along with what built LMR... a 1300 Horsepower C6 Z06.

Welcome back to the channel, guys! Today we’re featuring Rodney’s beautiful 2017 Chevrolet Corvette Z06, shipped all the way from Nevada for our Late Model Racecraft 1000HP Package using the factory 1.7L supercharger.

Before diving into the build, we caught a glimpse of the all-new Corvette ZR1X rolling through with that insane matte-style gray finish, orange calipers, Cup 2 tires, and staggered 20/21 setup. GM absolutely nailed the look on these cars… and knowing us, we’d definitely make it even faster. 😈

Now back to this monster C7 Z06.

This build was designed to be reliable enough for street driving while still delivering brutal highway performance. Rodney wanted a car that could dominate from low rolls all the way past 130-140 MPH, so we built exactly that.

Because Nevada only has 91 octane available, we set the car up with flex fuel capability so Rodney can safely cruise on pump gas, then switch to E85 when he wants full power.

• 724 RWHP on 91 Octane
• 864 RWHP / 720 RWTQ on E60-E85
