This customer got there oil change at a well known place.
The filter was not tightened correctly.
At the time of our arrival the vehicle had lost half of its oil.
Driving with little oil can't severely damage a motor.
We tightened and added oil to the correct level.
We have videos and pictures to help their case if motor damage is caused.

Very Great Establishment. When they first opened it was $1 for 10lbs of ice. May be 2 dollars now... but the Air compressor for your tires is still Free, and the lowest priced but best quality fuel in the city.
Great minds think alike.
