It is going to be very cold for the next few days. Please leave the water running, open the sink cabinets, and turn the heat up higher. They are charging $600.00 to unthaw pipes. Nobody wants that cost.

The Christmas dinner organized last Saturday for the park's residents was truly special, thank you all for hosting it and putting so much thought into the amazing gifts. Merry Christmas, we are very grateful to you all and feel lucky to have such wonderful individuals living at the park.

Residents, be reminded that our community room serves as a welcoming space during power outages. Feel free to utilize the stove and microwave for warming up. Additionally, rumor has it donuts, coffee, and heat are expected to be available.
