Three years ago today, Hunter and I opened the doors to Van Loon Automotive & Towing, not knowing exactly what the journey ahead would bring.

Today, we’re incredibly grateful to look back on three years of hard work, long days & some late nights, learning, growing, and most importantly, so many amazing customers who have trusted us with their vehicles. ❤️

We couldn’t have done it without the support of our family, friends, and this community!

From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU for supporting our small business, trusting us with your vehicles, recommending us to others, and allowing us into your lives.

We will be closed a little longer than normal after lunch due to a doctors appointment. We will return all calls when we get back this afternoon.

Introducing our newest add-on:

🔩All-Terrain Screwdriver Traction System🔩

Perfect for gripping… absolutely nothing and ruining your day instantly.

0/10, do not recommend.

We are closed today, Monday March 30th.

A little end of the week update.

Our plumbing issues are fixed for now! 🎉
Office closes at noon today so I can prepare for the community play tonight.🎭
Lastly and most importantly: we are completely booked up next week with 3 big jobs so if you’re needing in for an oil change, please book your appointment soon. 🚗

We are continuing to ask for your patience as we are still navigating sewer issues. Hopefully will be resolved today!

Unfortunately, we are closed until our scheduled appointments this afternoon as we battle a plumbing issue this morning. 👨‍🔧
Thanks for your understanding.

We just want to say how much we appreciate our amazing customers. Your support means the world to our family and our business. We’re thankful you trust us to keep your vehicle safe and reliable.

If your car is making strange noises… that’s not romance 😉 Give us a call monday and we’ll take care of it!

Wishing you a day full of love, laughter, and smooth rides. ❤️

The tire company we currently used has been bought out. Starting February 1st they are making their switch. While it may cause some complications right off the bat in the long run it will be better for us and you, our customers.
The new company will have more warehoues making our availablity much better. We’ve also been told they deliver twice a day instead of once, making it much quicker for us to get tires (ideally).
We very much appreciate everyone’s patience as we navigate this new company together!

Hey everyone! Just a quick update from us: we’re no longer accepting payment plans or post-dated checks. We accept cash, checks and cards. Cards have a 4% additional fee. If you do not want to pay the additional 4% then please bring a check or go to ATM and get cash for time of pick up. Thanks for understanding!

Also, please don’t park in front of the shop door unless we specifically ask you to—vehicles can come and go at any time. For everyone’s safety, no customers are allowed inside the shop area, office only. That means please don’t go through the shop door or walk by me. I’m the one who sets up appointments and can answer most questions. If I don’t know something, I’ll be the one to check inside and get you the info you need.

Thanks so much for your cooperation and support! Happy New Year.
