Engineered down to the last detail - Just over 200 individually developed parts make up every BBI Air Cooled dual Drive-By-Wire ITB setup. Each of the throttle bodies are 5-axis machined to tight tolerances for precise throttle plate fit and smooth, repeatable operation. Many details considered like the double-sealed roller bearings — the same setup Porsche specs on the 992 GT3. These are availbale to order now. The BBI Air-Cooled EFI System is the complete engine management configuraiton for the Porsche air-cooled flat-six — every component your engine needs to run modern EFI, engineered together, validated together, and delivered as one solution. Individual throttle bodies. ECU and plug-and-play harness. Cam sensor kit. Distributor block-off. A full suite of supporting sensors. Each piece designed to work with the next - with full intent.

helperformance.com brake lines and fluid systems are now available at BBI Autosport. From early models like the 356 to popular air-cooled platforms including 964 and 993, and modern Porsche platforms such as Macan, Cayenne, Panamera, and Taycan. .

Brake lines are manufactured in the UK and fully certified to DOT and TÜV standards. As these cars continue to age, fluid lines are becoming a common service item. Best addressed during brake service. Installation available through our service department. Contact us to schedule an appointment!

Prepare for the summer heat early!

BBI offers coolant pipe welding service for 996 and 997 Turbo, GT3, GT3 RS, GT2, and GT2 RS models.

From the factory, the Mezger coolant fittings are press fit and retained with adhesive. Over time, heat cycles and pressure can cause them to separate and dump coolant without warning. We remove the fittings, ultrasonic clean the housings, TIG weld our billet fittings, and pressure test everything to ensure a permanent solution.

Ship in your housings or bring us the car for engine out service.
