What an incredible three days! ❤️ This week, we welcomed the inaugural Pulse Class—bringing together first responders, educators, healthcare professionals, and other frontline professionals committed to making a difference in our community every day.

Throughout the program, participants explored leadership and community impact while building meaningful connections with fellow leaders from across our region. Through interactive discussions, expert speakers, and shared experiences, Pulse Class 1 gained new perspectives and practical tools to strengthen both their personal and professional leadership journeys.

Most importantly, Pulse created space for these dedicated professionals to invest in themselves, connect with one another, and be reminded of the critical role they play in shaping our community.

Thank you to our participants, speakers, sponsors (Redstone Federal Credit Union and Schneider Electric), and partners who helped make our inaugural Pulse program a success. We can't wait to see the impact this class makes moving forward! 🔥

We are excited to welcome Ray Allister to this year’s LeadOn Summit! As President and Executive Director of the Huntsville Learning Center and founder of Allister Educational Services, Ray is passionate about helping individuals and organizations unlock their full potential through intentional leadership, learning, and growth. With experience spanning education, nonprofit leadership, and ministry, Ray brings a thoughtful and practical perspective on engagement, performance, and purpose-driven leadership.

In his workshop, Sealing the Leaks: Designing Systems Where Effort Counts, Ray will explore why capable people disengage — even when they care deeply about the mission. Drawing from cognitive science, behavioral psychology, and real-world leadership experience, he will provide participants with practical tools to identify performance “leaks” and create environments that foster clarity, ownership, and momentum.

🎤 Speaker Spotlight: Dr. Mat Park

We are excited to welcome Dr. Mat Park to this year’s LeadOn Summit! As a sport and performance psychologist with more than 20 years of experience, Dr. Park has helped leaders, athletes, and high performers strengthen their mental edge and perform with greater clarity and purpose. He spent 11 years as a Senior Organizational Effectiveness Advisor at NASA and currently serves elite athletes through the Mental Performance Golf Academy while speaking to organizations and leaders across the country.

In his LeadOn session, ONE: A Framework for Service in the Pursuit of Excellence, Dr. Park will challenge attendees to rethink what truly drives high performance and meaningful leadership. Through his ONE framework, he explores how shifting from impression-driven leadership to service-driven leadership can reduce stress, strengthen purpose, and increase long-term impact.

Attendees will walk away with practical tools for performing under pressure, greater clarity around their personal purpose, and a renewed perspective on service as one of the highest forms of excellence.
