I love being able to give my team a huge pat on the back. We had a “secret shopper” so to speak yesterday. And I had the privilege of talking to them after their experience with us. And as hard as I tried to get something negative, or just something we could do better, that I could take back to my team to work on, they gave us nothing but praise. And then followed up with an awesome 5 star review. And drove quite a ways to us, past some other shops that might have been able to meet his needs. Freaking rockstars in the making down here! We did get a little insight that our online booking tool isn’t the best, and we were kind of catching onto that already, which is why a change was/is already in progress.
