Happy National Boss's Day to Kyle!
If you know Kyle, you know he's so much more than the boss. He's the backbone of this company, but more importantly, he's the person we can count on when we need to vent, when we're stressed out, when we don't know which way to turn, or when we just need somebody in our corner.
We could say a million things about Kyle, from making us laugh until we cry, to making us want to throw a stapler at him some days. But that's family, right? We can fuss, laugh, give each other a hard time, and still know we have each other's backs at the end of the day.
That’s what makes working for Kyle different. He doesn't just see employees, he sees people. He cares about us, our happiness, and what’s going on in our lives outside these walls, and that's something you just can't put a price
on.
Kyle, we hope you know how much you're appreciated, not just today, but every day. We couldn't ask for a better boss, and we're lucky to be part of a team where the person at the top genuinely cares about the people beside him.
