Its been a long time coming since last September when we started this progect. But we got it done and it's on its way to its home for Michael Brown to punish it for being such a pain to build! This is our Dual Ball Bearing G57 Boreless 125mm 5" charger. This is going to be a Big Thumper to say the least! She will have no issue going 3000+hp at UCC! We shall name it Big Dick Randy!
We will prove its performance very soon and have it in production for you guys wanting a 5" Big Thumper Charger. Price is still undetermined yet. Its a very time consuming build! This is a G57 so its a 118 9blade turbine and in the future i wanna work on getting a larger turbine wheel for them.

Tater Built Fab side finishing up this build. Steed Speed T6 Comp with single gate. Our Dual Ball Bearing s484 96 1.32 T6 paired with our G57 115 118 1.20 T6 open housing. Then all of Stainless 065 wall polished inside and out tig welded together. All built in house here at Tater Built Turbochargers. Compound setup all Vbanded together. All the intercooler piping Vanjen flanged/clamped together. Then we used a On3 6" core universal intercooler mounted it in the factory Transmission cooler mounts. Very clean setup that they are shooting for 1800hp on fuel only for a street diesel sled pulling class

We are going to have our 6 door megacab long bed Wrapped.
I want it to be Turbocharger and Compressor Wheel Themed with some good design. And of course to say " Tater Built Turbochargers " on the side of it. I wanna keep the truck silver since it is silver. I want it be mainly " Grey, Black, silver " with a small amount of red accents.
Ive been playing with AI already my self so your going to have to put some work in.

Edit for clarity. We are measuring straight line edge of tip to edge of downpipe with a tape measuring. So the straightest shot from edge to edge.

Here's a project we did a couple weeks ago. 2021 6.7 powerstroke complete piping kit. All polished inside and out 065 wall stainless pipe. All hand Prepped. All Tig Welded. Long Read but a good Read. Let us know what you think!

We started with dumping the 2.5" stock hot side pipe. We built a 3" hot side pipe using the factory turbo outlet boot. That boot is a very cool boot with the inner rib that goes into a grove that you then have the clamp sit over it holding it into the grove. We also then on our pipe on the edge put a raised edge which is normal on all IC pipes. But isnt on the factory one. So even if the boot starts to slip the clamp and pipe will/should catch it then and keep it on. We also upgraded it from a worm clamp to a Tbolt style clamp so its not going anywhere. Very nice piece. Then we did 5ply boost boot and Tbolf clamps at the intercooler.

Then came the cold side intercooler pipe. We dumped the factory plastic one and did our stainless 3" pipe and added a IAT b**g for the factory IAT sensor in it and hid it underneath. We also got ride of the throttle valve and all that other unnecessary stuff that your truck dont use once they are put on a "diet".

Then came the intake plenum. We used billet stainless steel Oringed flanges and built a true Y 3" stainless intake plenum. Added the MAP b**g on the back side of it and hid it too but kept it conveniently easy to get to. Then we added a 3" 5ply boot at the end. Intake plenum is really easy to get in and out. And fit beautiful.

Last but not least. We built a full 4" stainless intake with 12" S&B filter. Intake was braced using the back side of the the threaded hole on the alternator. Stainless steel MAF B**g hid on the back side in the correct location to read correctly. Only thing we we might do in the future is maybe try to build some sort of heat shield to box off the air filter area. Either way not a issue since exhaust manifolds aint on the outside of the engines on these trucks.

Overall this whole piping kit turned out top notch and is the best of the best qaulity. We did our research on how to and how not to build it and man did it turn out awesome. That being said. This kit Was NOT cheap to build and it took A LOT of time. Hopefully we can speed that time up once we get a few under our belt. But it turned out top notch and I really havent seen a better over all looking kit out there let alone be made with polished inside and out prepped 065 wall stainless.
That being said. I about got all the details and differences dialed in from year to year and will be able to do from 2011 to 2025. For a full kit if I can get labor time dialed in. I think we will be able to produce this kit for $2850.00 - $3000.00 Raw Stainless.
Powdercoat would be more. But anything more then just clear Powdercoat to keep it nice looking would be ruining and covering this artwork. But would look good some of the fancy colors our boys can do.

This is going to be a really sweet setup. Our s366 dual ball bearing charger. Then our custom 2G piping kit. This is for a 19-24 6.7 cummins kit and is getting a BD exhaust brake in our mid pipe so it will be a direct bolt in exhaust brake with using a factory style 13-18 downpipe. All direct bolt on. He is also getting our upper coolant pipe and drivers side 3.5" ic pipe to make it look even better under the hood. All powdercoated in super rootbeer.
