As TECH’s Technical Trainer for North America, Dylan works directly with technicians across passenger, commercial and OTR tire service. He does more than teach repair techniques. He helps shops establish the right processes, build technician confidence and complete safe, proper repairs designed to last.

Dylan understands that better training leads to safer technicians, more consistent repairs, fewer comebacks and stronger businesses. His hands-on experience, practical approach and dedication to raising tire service standards would make him a valuable voice on the Tire Industry Association Board of Directors.
