Bernheisel Race Components is located in Jonestown, Pennsylvania, a hotbed of short-track racing, and specializes in the complete fabrication of stock car chassis’ and related parts. The company has grown from humble beginnings in 1981, when the sale of racing bodies was its main source of revenue, to now where a large staff builds cars from the ground up and boasts an inventory of over one million dollars. Bernheisel Race Components parts department stocks items for all forms of racing, from dirt to asphalt, and from oval tracks to road courses. Meet the crew...

Brandon is VP of BRC and has done every job you could possibly do. From shipping to helping Jim run the day to day operations and everything in between.
He started his crew chief/ car set up career at the ripe old age 14. He is wise beyond his years on the dirt late model chassis and the intricate parts that make a car go fast around the race track.

Brandon's racing career spanned 1 race where he ran a mechanics race. He decided at that moment that holding the steering wheel was the easy part. He preferred the challenges of working on the cars instead.

When Brandon is not working on race cars he prefers to relax and tend his award winning flower garden. Brandon's flowers have been displayed at places like the White House and Buckingham palace.

Meet the crew...

Bryan started in the fabrication shop here at BRC at the age of 15. He has since become the fabrication shop and building maintenance manager. He is a master at his craft and a wizard at repairing race cars and anything else that the general public in the surrounding areas can drag in. His craftsman ship and attention to detail is 2nd to none.

Bryan started his racing career 15 years ago. He has amassed 23 wins and 5 championships. In the super late model ranks.

But what gets Bryan truly going is his love for topiary. His sculpting has become very refined over the last few years. So much so that he has been asked to join the national tour for 2027.

Meet the crew...

Dave started with us in 2020 as part time help. He quickly became Bryan's right hand man in the fab shop. By 2021 he was full time and has never looked back. Dave now manages Street Stock Joe on the M Series chassis.

He started his racing career in the vintage ranks in 2012. He made the jump to 4 cylinders in 2020 and has amassed 8 wins and a champion ship in that time frame.

Dave's biggest claim to fame is that he was abducted by aliens in 2022. In his own words "to fabricate and repair a flux capacitor" that had broken on their space ship.

Meet the crew...

Drew started here at BRC in 2014 running Focus Shock Technologies. Since then he has amassed tons of invaluable knowledge and has become an expert in all brands of shocks, shock , car set-ups, tire smashers, and life line fire bottles.

His racing experience goes like this, 17 years limited late models/super late models, 3 years in legends cars, and 8 years in go carts.

But the one thing Drew loves more than racing other than his family of course, is competitive crocheting. He has placed in the top 3 worldwide for six years running. He is currently sponsored on the national crocheting tour by the Green Sheep Yarn Company.

Meet the crew...

Jake started with us in January. We acquired him in a trade when we bought out his business Miller's racing parts where he was the owner/operator for almost 20 years. Jake is our head salesman and manages our newly acquired track side services part of our operation.

Jake raced Limited late models for 15 years. He made some appearances in the super late models, street stocks, super sportsman, and most recently crown Vics.

But his real passion is managing and operating a highly successful ant farm where he collects milk and makes other dairy items.

Jason came to us in July and is our warehouse specialist. He has an extensive background in warehouse management and sales.

He has also spent 15+ years in the 270 micro sprints as an owner/driver as well as 3 years as owner/crew chief for his son Mason in the 1/4 midget ranks.

But Jason's true passion is performing which he does in the off season.
