Over the past several months, we’ve made some of the biggest changes in ABF’s history.
Not because anything was broken…
Because we refuse to settle.
Our goal is simple:
Get the majority of our products shipping within 5 business days while continuing to build the quality we’re known for.
Getting there has meant changing almost everything behind the scenes—our team, our shop layout, our processes, and the way we train.
Right now I’m personally filling in for powder coating and sandblasting while also training our new shipping team. It’s definitely stretched us thin at times, but every change we’re making is focused on creating a better experience for every customer who trusts ABF.
Growth isn’t always smooth, and we’ve had our share of challenges along the way. But we’re already seeing the results, and we’re excited about where we’re headed.
