I'm planning to make a more obvious sign to draw in some more basic work for a recent hire. My current setup is more of an landmark which was originally intended for the opposite effect; it worked lol. I'm debating purchasing equipment to make a metal sign myself or having one made. Does anyone have personal experience they'd share about either option?

Saturn standard transmission linkage swap. This car had trouble shifting into gear because of Rusty linkage. The partial shifts wore out the synchronizers and now the whole transmission is being swapped from a donor car.
