Looking for an active member on the west coast to take the lead for the 2027 western mustangs roundup. You don't really get an appreciation for how big our country is until you do a coast to coast, cross-country ride and I'd rather have someone "local" coordinate things out west.

For mustangs who want to join the club, the following is from the club bylaws:
Full membership in The MUSTANGS SRC is open to; Active or
Retired U.S. Armed Forces Limited Duty Officers, Chief Warrant Officers, and Military Officers who served four (4) or more years as an enlisted person prior to being commissioned.

There are also memberships for Family and Support members.

The acceptable proof for membership to The MUSTANGS SRC is a copy of the applying member’s DD Form 214 which must be surrendered to the NBOD for verification, or the verbal/written confirmation of two MUSTANGS SRC members in “Good Standing”. You can send a copy of your DD-214, WITH YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER BLACKED OUT, to me at [email protected].

If you're still on active duty (i.e. no DD-214) reach out to me at [email protected] and we'll figure out a way to verify your status.
