This rancher 420 came in with severe smoking and engine rattle. Inspection revealed mud present in the engine oil, as well as several siliconed and spray painted holes in the main engine case caused by someone installing the wrong length front case bolts. Removal and disassembly revealed severe cylinder and piston wear as well as rotational play in the piston. Once the top end assembly was removed excessive rod bearing play was found, likely due to the oil pump screen being installed sideways, and completely plugged with mud, grass, silicone and metal shavings. Further inspection also revealed a severely worn timing chain and a damaged 4th gear and shift fork. After replacing both main engine cases, all bearings and seals, the crankshaft, 4th gear & shift fork, timing chain and the complete top end assembly we confirmed that the engine runs and shifts just as it did when it was new. We then went on to replace the throttle cable and both front wheel bearings before returning it to the customer ready to hit the mud!

This customer brought in his foreman for a list of repairs! He had us install a new OEM honda top end assembly, a new timing chain, a full set of clutches, a reduction boss gear reduction, a new rear differential and axle shaft, and replace a broken swing arm and upper motor mount. After we got everything replaced we returned it to the customer ready to ride!

This old honda came in with a home made gasket that was off center and leaking. We laser cut a new one on the spot and had it out the same day instead of waiting for a new one to come in🔥

If there is a specialty tool to own, we want to own it!

This customer brought in his honda rubicon for an intermittent misfire/stalling concern. Diagnosis reavealed a cracked spark plug that was arcing when the engine was warm, leading to the misfire and stalling. We installed a new NGK spark plug and confirmed the issue was no longer present. We then returned it to the customer ready to ride!

This customer brought in his ranger 1000 for a popping sound when turning as well as hard shifting and creeping forward while at idle. Inspection revealed 3 torn axle boots that were popping and binding, as well as a worn belt and sticking primary clutch. We installed 3 new ArmorTech ATV Parts HD axles and a new GILOMEN INNOVATIONS pro clutch, as well as a Super ATV gboost belt. After properly aligning the clutch we took it for a quick test drive and confirmed it shifted and drove just as it did the day it left the showroom!
