Before there was Hull's Angels, there was simply the Howells family.

Raised in Oklahoma, Noah and Julien grew up spending summers at Lake Texoma, where they developed a love for boating, fishing, and life on the water. They also attended Sea Camp on Catalina Island, California, where they discovered a passion for marine life, Diving and the Ocean.

Years later, Bill made the move to Key West. Noah soon followed, taking a job as a bottom cleaner for a local company, while Julien spent time living and working in China and Australia before eventually joining his dad and brother in the Florida Keys.

Though life took them in different directions, it ultimately brought them back together in Key West—where they continue to enjoy working side by side, spending time with family, and sharing their love for the water.
