When your shop is a family business, someone has to hold the wrench and someone has to hold the phone. One of us fixes your car. The other makes sure you see us fixing your car.

Got a text from a new customer this week that made our day.

"It was great service. I think I have found my new mechanic."

That's exactly what we're here for. We want to be the one shop you trust with every vehicle in your family, so you never have to explain your car's history to someone new or wonder if you're being treated fairly.

Thank you for giving us the chance.

Our Policy on Customer Supplied Parts

We have a lot of new faces around the shop lately, so we wanted to take a moment to share our policy on customer supplied parts.

We do not install parts that we did not source ourselves. Because we can't warranty a part we didn't provide, we're unable to stand behind the repair. Our goal is for every job to be fully backed by our work.

Thanks for understanding.

How our Friday went:

We started at 6:30am and didn't wrap up until 9:30pm. It was a long one, but so worth it: our new lift is installed and our broken lift is fixed!

A huge thank you to our lift guy Frank for coming through for us.

Something lighthearted to end the week 😆 I laugh every time I watch this one. It's a real tool, but it looks like a toy! Meet the tire bazooka.

Every repair we say yes to is done in house. Our two techs handle it start to finish, and this week showed why that matters:

▪️ Fuel pump control module failure, so the truck wouldn't start
▪️ Brake pad failure that damaged the caliper
▪️ Leaking rear shocks
▪️ Broken axle

Diagnosing and fixing problems takes real experience, and we're thankful for the knowledge and skill our two techs bring every day. It's why we can take on most of what rolls through our doors, and why you only deal with one team.

Friday we got to celebrate being a Hmong Chamber award finalist, and Sunday night we were still reflecting on it.

Today was a different kind of day. Overlapping appointments, five cars waiting when we opened, and a lift that gave out with a customer's car still on it. We made an emergency after hours call to our lift specialist, and he got it fixed. We're still at the shop late tonight, because we set the standard and we hold ourselves to it first.

Our customer just picked up her vehicle, and we are so thankful for her understanding. Seriously, we have the best clients. Thank you to everyone who cut us some slack today. This community is the reason we do it.

Friday night, we attended the Hmong Chamber Awards as one of two finalists for Emerging Business of the Year. We didn't take home the win, but we walked away with so much more.

It was a night that reminded us how far we've come. It reminded us that people are paying attention, even when it doesn't feel like it. And it reminded us that while we are inspired by others, others are also being inspired by us.

Hard work pays off, no matter how slow or unnoticed it may seem. Our hearts are full, and it's exactly what we needed to kick off the final quarter of the year.

We can't believe there are less than three months left in 2026. Let's finish strong!

Thank you to the Hmong Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce for the recognition, and to every customer who has trusted us with their vehicles. We couldn't do it without you.
