Fun fact: the term “mobile home” is actually outdated👀

Homes built before 1976 are technically considered mobile homes, while newer homes are actually either manufactured homes or modular homes depending on how they’re built🏡

Because society still uses “mobile home” as a catch all term, a LOT of people don’t realize there are major differences in building codes, financing options, foundations, and long term value between them!

Understanding these differences is SO important as a potential home buyer and that’s why my goal will always be information and education first here at Syd’s Steadfast Homes 🩵🤝
