Last Wednesday, we celebrated our Employee Appreciation Day, recognizing the outstanding team members who make DeFOUW what it is every day!

We were honored to celebrate several employee anniversary milestones:

Steve Ziegler - 30 years
Todd Busch – 20 years
Jeff Snethen – 5 years (plus 8 years of prior service!)
Bryan Carroll – 5 years (plus 8 years of prior service!)
Rodney Fout – 10 years
Kenny Campbell – 5 years
Jonathan Love – 5 years

We also celebrated Matthew Davis on his graduation from the Collision Career Institute. Congratulations, Matthew, on your dedication, and commitment to your professional growth!

Another exciting milestone we recognized was Chris Harrington's sale of his 8,500th vehicle! His dedication to building strong customer relationships has made a lasting impact on both our customers and the DeFOUW team.

In addition, we recognized our DEMAD Award winners: Kyle Boswell, Brian Toth, and Emily Vaughn. These individuals were nominated and selected by their peers for consistently going above and beyond and exemplifying attention to detail, teamwork, and excellence at DeFOUW.

We were proud to welcome students from the Greater Lafayette Career Academy to DeFOUW as they shared their completed projects and experiences from this year’s Automotive Service Capstone program!

From engine rebuilding and driveline service to EV racing projects and hands-on diagnostics, these students gained valuable real-world automotive experience throughout the year. We’re grateful for the opportunity to support and encourage the next generation of automotive professionals.
