We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our team!

JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Perform the sales process from start to finish. Help clients with product selection, negotiate terms, and ultimately finalize sales.

2. Follow up on sales leads (phone calls and online submissions)

3. Maintain current product knowledge

4. Engage customers on the sales floor

5. Remain current on and adhere to all selling skills training and direction

6. Participate in special events such as Boat Shows and Dealership sales events

7. Maintain a clean and professional work area

8. Accurately complete all necessary paperwork

9. Proficiently take customers on craft demos and be able to speak intelligently about the product you are selling

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous Sales Experience
- Great Customer Service Skills
- Energetic and Self-Motivated
