Big day at Topel’s! 📹🔋

We had the pleasure of hosting Kate and Claire from Clarios — along with their camera crew — at the shop today to film a video for their nationwide team highlighting the importance of Right to Repair.

If you’re not familiar with Clarios, you should be. Headquartered right here in Wisconsin (Glendale), they manufacture more than 150 million automotive and low-voltage batteries every year — roughly one in three vehicle batteries on the road worldwide. They supply the aftermarket with brands you know: DieHard AGM, Optima, ACDelco, and Motorcraft, and they run a closed-loop recycling system that turns old batteries back into new ones.

Six years ago, Sam walked into our shop. Today he's our Technician Team Lead — and honestly, we can't picture the place without him. 🔧
Sam is the guy you want on the hard ones. The intermittent electrical gremlin. The "three shops couldn't figure it out" car. He tests, he analyzes, he doesn't guess — and he stays calm while he does it.
He's also the person our whole team leans on. Patient with the apprentices. Thorough on every job. Trusted by all of us, and by the customers who ask for him by name.

This Monday marks one year since Sara joined our team as a Service Advisor — and what a year it's been!

Sara is the kind of teammate every shop hopes for: hardworking, friendly, organized, and dependable. She's a true advocate for our clients, always making sure they feel heard and taken care of. 💙

This Memorial Day, we pause to remember.

🇺🇸 Topel’s Service Center will be closed Monday, May 25, in observance of Memorial Day so our team can spend the day with their families and reflect on those who gave everything for ours.

Topel’s Towing & Roadside Service will remain available 24/7 — because emergencies don’t take holidays. If you need us, we’re here.

We honor the fallen heroes of our military, and we hold close the families who carry their absence every day. Their sacrifice will not be forgotten.
