Its with heavy hearts and a fond farewell that we have to tell you that we have decided to retire the event. Yes, you read that right, Rock Lake Motors Cars & Coffee is no more. Thank you SO MUCH to all of our attendees, our volunteers, our vendors, our sponsors, our charity partners, and anyone who helped make the event what it was!

Thirteen years ago it started with just a few buddies meeting up for an informal Sunday morning coffee break while chatting about their vehicles. Over the years it became so much more while drawing hundreds of vehicles from across the midwest each month. There have been so many amazing vehicles, great people, and generous donors that frequented our events and we are forever greatful for your help in creating those memories.

If you're looking for something else to do on your Sunday mornings, chances are good there is another C&C or car show somewhere in your area!

Even though we do not have a C&C event on the books, It doesn't mean nothing is going on. As you know we support Cars Curing Kids charity with our events, and they are busy getting involved with great people and events worth attending for car enthusiasts like yourself! This Friday there is an event at madison speedway that will be a blast for anyone and everyone!

Many have asked about our dates for the year, but at this time we do not have any events planned. There will NOT be a June C&C! Keep tabs on this page for an update. If we haven't posted that there will be an event, then it's safe to assume that there won't be one.

Edit: This is not related to Covid, it is due to road construction around town and a lack of time/availability amongst the organizers who host these events.

Many of you have been asking, but we will NOT be having a Cars & Coffee event this weekend! We are still working on our schedule of events and will have more updates once that is finalized. In the meantime, there are many other excellent informal cars & coffee events in the Madison and Milwaukee areas that you should definitely check out and enjoy!

I know you guys don't like reading these kind of posts, and I really don't enjoy writing them... but our June event is also cancelled. I know, I know, it kills us too. We miss you, and we miss seeing the wild variety of vehicles that turns up each month. Its a small consolation, but here is another selection of throwback photos from over the past decade of Cars & Coffee. We'll continue to keep you all updated as things progress and will have further news for you in a few weeks!

In lieu of our normal cars & coffee gatherings, we're hosting an online "car show"! Post your favorite photo of your ride in the comments below, as well as a bit of information about your car. How did you get it? Whats your favorite memory with it? Have you modified it, restored it, or preserved it? Just share something about it that you think makes it COOL!

We miss you guys, we love you all, and we can't wait to see everyone again in person. We hope you're all staying healthy and safe! Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic we are canceling our May 3rd event. We know, it sucks, but we like seeing you guys and want you all to stay healthy so we can see you again in the future! In lieu of our normal in-person gatherings, we will be hosting an "online car show" where you all can post your favorite pictures and information about your ride!

Although we will be unable to collect donations for Cars Curing Kids as we normally would, we strongly encourage you to contribute to their cause through their online donation form. Their charity raises funds to assist in research to prevent childhood diseases, and has recently been raising money to help protect our healthcare workers during this unprecedented time.
