We literally just put new Dexter brakes on this trailer approximately 4 weeks ago. Customer brings it in and says my brakes aren’t working.
I try to explain you have to adjust your brakes accordingly on your brake controller and don’t overload the trailer.
Well they overload and just keep turning the gain up.
The worst part is they don’t know where the brake components are.

We repaired the hydraulic system on this trailer.
New pump with 3 function remote, electrical repair, new solar panel (50 watt) with regulator.

So we had to test the tilt deck😬

This is type of trailer that is on our roads. People will run them till the wheels fall-off or worse cause an accident. The frame is split on both driver and passenger side.

Customer declined repairs and went along with his day. Had to get to a job. He admitted to loading it 3 ft across with concrete consistently. Doors also had broken hinges so doors were tied so they don’t fall off.

One of the repairs that came in. We’re currently working on. Trailer Tilt deck is Bent to the front before the breaks in frame. Deck is also bent behind break in frame. We recommended a new upper deck. Customer declined. “Customer just patch it and make it work. They tried to fix it, in the process they ruined the hinge assemblies.

GMC 2500 HD diesel 4wd has black method wheels on toy MTZ tires.
Diamond C single axle tilt trailer
2012 rzr 900 4 seater.

They apear to meet up with what looks like a single cab white pickup ( possibly Toyota) the truck pulled out of the driveway 2 places right up next to it. I went and checked the property where it pulled out of the chain to the electric fence has been cut.
